Short version: the Pixel Art upscaler runs entirely in your browser, so your images are never uploaded to us or anyone else. We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking. The only personal data we may ever hold is an email you choose to send us.

QuickUpscale (quickupscale.com) is responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at support@quickupscale.com.

Images you upscale

When you choose, drop or paste an image, your own browser reads and processes it. The result is created on your device and saved from it. No image data is sent over the network, and we never see, store or keep copies of your images.

What our hosting provider sees

The site is served by Cloudflare. Delivering any web page means Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. This is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not combine this data with anything else or use it to identify you.

If you email us

Messages to support@quickupscale.com are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). We use your email address and message only to reply to you, keep them only as long as needed to help you, and delete them on request.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only emails you have sent us), and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to support@quickupscale.com; we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Future features

AI upscaling (Anime 4K, Text Deblur) will need to process images on a server. Before those features launch, this policy will explain exactly what is uploaded, who processes it, and how quickly it is deleted.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are noted on the site before they apply.
